SEC Announces 2023 Examination Priorities

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Examinations (the Division) recently released its 2023 Examination Priorities. With the SEC’s overriding objective being to safeguard investors, the Division intends to pay particular attention to the subject matters in this paper.
