Hi everyone, hope you've had a great week!
Looking for a great way to clear your mind and relax your body?
Join us at the Senior Planet center in Chelsea on Wednesday, September 13 at 1:00pm EDT for an in-person program: Meditation with Ms. Jean
During this participant-led session, Ms. Jean will lead us in a simple form of meditation focusing on the inner light and sound within you. The goal of this session is to bring about clarity and peace.

Sign up to perform at the Senior Planet Talent Show at our center in Chelsea on Friday, Sept. 29 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm!
Please note that due to limited space, we will not be able to accept all performers. If you are selected to perform, we will contact you via email or phone. Participants must also be able to attend a rehearsal session at the center on Friday, September 22.
