Join us today at 1:30pm EST for a special Wellness Wednesday discussion group:
Take Control of Your Nervous System
This session will help attendees with achieving better mind-body health by teaching them how to deactivate their nervous system to shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic mode. While our session will be designed in a way for attendees to listen and learn, we believe that the best way to truly understand these techniques is to try them themselves. Our session will be highly interactive and will require the participation of our attendees. By the end of this session, our attendees will walk away with at least 3 techniques, ranging from breathwork to biofeedback, that they can utilize when they need to deactivate their nervous system.
