Most falls are preventable; they are NOT a normal part of aging! Join Senior Planet fitness trainer Josy Delaney for a discussion about the many actions that can be taken to prevent falls: understanding medication side-effects, regular vision check-ups, home safety assessments, exercise, and proper use of assistive devices. Various resources will be presented for participants to create their own personal falls-prevention action plan.
