Tai Chi to Better Health |

Join us today at 1:30pm EST for a special Wellness Wednesday discussion group:
Tai Chi – Move, Breathe, and FLOW to Better Health
Tai Chi can be a positive part of an overall approach to improving your health (when performed regularly). It is slow, gentle, continuous, no-impact movement. Senior Planet Trainer Josy D. will discuss the many health benefits of Tai Chi and some of the principles that it is based on. Participants are invited to join in (or just watch) a 15-minute seated TaijiFit FLOW experience.
Please note: online classes will not be offered on Monday, February 20 during the Presidents' Day holiday.
