Get Creative With Art Therapy! Find your flow through watercolor and breath |
Hi friends!
Join us online today at 1:30pm EDT for a special Wellness Wednesday discussion group: Therapeutic Art Workshop
Art therapy has long been a science-backed technique for addressing anxiety, pain, and more. Through the lens of art and awareness, we will allow the creativity in each of us to flow through… and shift us to a state of healing and calm.
To experience this workshop fully, we highly recommend participants bring watercolor to this session — even if it's a set from the dollar store. You'll also need a dark ink pen (eg. sharpie, micron pen), paper, and tape. If you don't have a watercolor set at home, you can still participate by using colored pens or crayons instead. Just make sure to bring your tape and paper!
See you online, |
