Madeline Kingsbury’s ex-partner arrest; body found
Madeline Kingsbury has been missing since March 31 and police say Adam Fravel, her ex-partner, was the last person to see her alive. On the day she went missing, Kingsbury and Fravel dropped her children off at daycare and returned home.
Fravel was booked into Winona County Jail just after 7 p.m. Wednesday, hours after human remains were found in some brush off Highway 43 Wednesday afternoon by a Fillmore County deputy.
The Winona County Police Department says the body was discovered using “information generated during the Madeline Kingsbury investigation.”
Jellybean Johnson on the Minneapolis Sound
Jellybean Johnson is a Minneapolis-based musician who helped put the city’s music scene on the map. He is known for his work as a drummer, songwriter, and producer.
A blend of rock, R&B and funk, the Minneapolis Sound emerged from the city’s northside in the late 1970s.
He’s working to establish The Minneapolis Sound Museum. It would be a permanent tribute composed of everyone who contributed to the genre of music.
His music career began young. “We had to be 14, 15,16 years old. Oh yeah, we started early honey. Yes, we did,” said Johnson. His love of music kept him busy. “That kept us off the streets, we had a place where we could go and practice our craft,” said Johnson.
A new act has now taken center stage. “I want to put a spotlight on the others who came along with Prince but they weren’t famous like him,” said Johnson.
“Tales From The Northside; Stories of the Minneapolis Sound” is a fundraising event taking place June 7th at 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM at The Historic Capri Theater, 2027 West Broadway, North Minneapolis MN. For ticket information click on the link below.
