A New JFK Assassination Revelation Could Upend the Long-Held “Lone Gunman” Theory
Good Monday morning! One might assume there wouldn’t be much left to be revealed about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, as we approach the 60th anniversary. But James Robenalt writes about former Secret Service agent Paul Landis, now 88, finally offering his full account—one which “will certainly reorient how historians and laymen perceive that grave and harrowing event” and which “raises questions about whether there might have been a second gunman in Dallas that day.”
Back to today’s political news, Gabriel Sherman reports on the behind-the-scenes blame game between Ron DeSantis’s super PAC and his campaign (which appears to be lowering expectations in Iowa). Still, Jack McCordick finds DeSantis—and Donald Trump—making the rounds at the big Iowa-Iowa State football game. Thanks for reading!
