| Drumming for the Holidays |
|
Hi everyone,
The holiday season is fun, but it can also be cold, stressful, and hold many opportunities to gain lots of holly jolly weight just like Saint Nick! Join our virtual drum circle therapy session and find temporary relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and the holiday hustle & bustle. You don’t need to know how to play the drums, or even own a hand drum. All you need is to grab some buckets, pots, or pans from the kitchen, and play along! We’ll even introduce you to different ways you can make your own drums from household items through videos on YouTube. This class will be fun and exciting, yet relaxing and meditative all at the same time.
This online offering will take place on Monday, 12/19 at 2:00pm CST.
