Have you heard about 5G? The fifth generation of wireless technology is quickly expanding around the world and growing the global “Internet of Things” of connected devices.

Senior Planet in the North Country will be hosting an in-person class all about 5G Technology on Monday, May 15 at 12:00pm EDT at our center in Plattsburgh. 

This lecture will explain what 5G is, how it works, and compare it to the previous generation known as 4G. We will also cover some of the most exciting applications of 5G and the impact it will have on our daily lives from self-driving cars to smart cities, virtual reality, holograms, and more!

Take a Virtual Tour of Singapore

Join our guide on Friday, May 19 at 7:00pm EDT on this virtual 1-hour outdoor walking tour to learn about the story of Singapore, from its founding in 1819 as trading outpost and a British colony to the cosmopolitan global city it is today.
