A Note From Noah |
Hi everyone,
Can you believe the quarter is almost done? Next week is the final week of our programming for 2022. Don’t worry, we will be back on January 9th with a new slate of courses and lectures! Stay tuned to our newsletter for that upcoming list of programs.
Next week, I’m looking forward to “hearing” all about Podcasts. In this lecture, you’ll learn more about these free audio programs available on the internet: why people listen to them, where you can find them, and what the most popular ones are.
Have a great weekend!

Community Highlight: Kwo-Hwa
|
Kwo-Hwa has been a participant in our weekly Mandarin lectures and iPad essentials class, as well as other Senior Planet programs.
“I want to thank Senior Planet in Montgomery County for sponsoring this program. I have seen how these programs benefit Asian American communities. It’s such a wonderful scene in our classroom — a 94-year-old classmate using iPad & learning new skills!
Ms. Maa and Ms. Chen are the most patient instructors I have ever met in my 63 years of learning experience. I hope Montgomery County will provide more programs like this for Mandarin-speaking seniors. Thank you!”
Kwo-hwa went from never using his iPad, to now using it multiple times a week! He has also become much more comfortable with his smartphone and is sharing photos and more with others. Congrats Kwo-hwa on these amazing accomplishments! Keep up the great work! |
