Virtual Lecture: Mindfulness Apps 

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and aware. You can practice mindfulness through simple activities in the comfort of your home!

Senior Planet in San Antonio, in collaboration with AARP Texas, will be offering a free virtual lecture about Mindfulness Apps on Thursday, February 23 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm CST. 

This lecture introduces mindfulness and its physical and mental benefits, like reducing anxiety, improving memory, and lowering blood pressure. Join Senior Planet in San Antonio and AARP San Antonio for this collaborative online session to learn about popular apps that teach breathing and meditation techniques, as well as new technology, like wearable breath monitors and more.
